C. Ray Collins grew up in rural Oklahoma where the main event was high school basketball. This led to his receiving a scholarship to East Central College. Later, he attended classes at Texas A&M and University of LA towards Business Management. He has always had a love for writing short stories and songs before writing his first book WHAT IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, a fiction story.
